How to Book a Delivery on Catlog 📦
There are two ways to book a delivery for your customer and they’re both super simple. Here’s a quick step-by-step for you.
Booking a Delivery from an Order
- Open your dashboard and select the order.
- Mark the order as confirmed.
- Click Request Delivery, and you’re good to go!
Booking a Delivery Without an Order
- Go to the Deliveries page on your dashboard.
- Click Initiate Delivery and select the items to send.
- Enter the pickup and drop-off locations.
- Complete payment, and boom! Your delivery is booked. You'll receive tracking details to monitor its progress.
