We’ve made payment fees simpler and better for you

At Catlog, our goal has always been simple: help you sell easily and keep more of what you earn.

To make that even clearer, we’ve made some important changes to how payment-related fees work across your wallet, withdrawals, and transfers. These updates are effective immediately — and they’re all designed to help you save more on every transaction.

1. No more wallet payment fees 🎉

You’ll no longer pay fees for payments received into your wallet — whether it’s from your storefront, invoices, or payment links.

That means every payment you get from customers now goes straight to your wallet, with no deductions along the way. This applies across all currencies and countries.

In short: you keep 100% of what your customers pay you.

2. Simpler, fairer withdrawal fees 💸

We’ve updated our withdrawal fees across countries to make them simpler and capped, so you always know what to expect — no surprises, no percentages that spiral as your sales grow.

Here’s the new breakdown:

🇳🇬 Nigeria

0.5% per withdrawal, capped at ₦1,000

Example:

Withdraw ₦20,000 → pay ₦100

Withdraw ₦1,000,000 → pay ₦1,000

🇬🇭 Ghana

0.5% per withdrawal, capped at ₵50

Example:

Withdraw ₵1,000 → pay ₵5

Withdraw ₵10,000 → pay ₵50

3. Updated transfer fees to business bank accounts (Nigeria 🇳🇬)

We’ve simplified transfer fees to business bank accounts for Nigerian merchants.

Transfers below ₦10,000 now cost ₦50

Transfers of ₦10,000 and above cost a flat ₦100

Why we made these changes

We know every naira, cedi, or rand counts — and small deductions can add up quickly. These updates are part of our ongoing effort to help you keep more of your earnings, while still ensuring transfers and withdrawals remain fast, secure, and reliable.
