How long have you been running your business?

I started my business in 2017.

Describe a major highlight of your business.

There was one time I ordered some goods from china. My first china importation. Mehn I was so happy even after knowing that I spent way too much for shipping and all. It didn’t bother me 🥰

What do you enjoy most about being an entrepreneur?

The smile I put on people’s faces when they rock our wears for the first time. The picture reviews are everything.

What are some of the challenges you’ve faced or still face since you started?

Omo! Entrepreneurship no be beans o.

Delivery delay from logistics

Trust issues from new customers

How do you deal with these challenges?

For delivery delays, I give my customers the pros and cons and also give them a week delivery time frame.

So they can rest assured it’ll get to them. Most of the time they get it earlier than expected.

As for the trust I try as much as possible to give them reasons not to be via video calls. I have an active WhatsApp group open to all new and old customers too

How did you hear about Catlog and why did you decide to sign up?

I think I saw someone’s Catlog link on Twitter. I checked and I was fascinated to learn more and also have a link of my own

Never give up. The road is tougher when you doubt your ability.
